Weight Off Complete Protocol

The Weight off complete diet protocol is designed to help stimulate our metabolism and provide weight support and appetite control. Along with the amino acids that help make the HCG molecule, there are a few extra additions to the program to assist in the body’s natural ability to release stored fat and control metabolism: 

African Mango Extract– a non-stimulant appetite suppressant that speeds up the metabolic system and improves Leptin levels.

Raspberry Keytone Supplements– a supplement taken twice a day that burns fat cells and suppresses appetite. The keytones also work to provide a boost of energy and accelerates the metabolism too!

Garcinia Cambogia Supplements– proven supplement that reduces the production of fat cells in the body. Works best taken twice a day with the Raspberry Keytones.

The protocol for this plan involves a very low calorie diet of between 800-1000 calories per day. There is a list of approved food choices that can be eaten during the program, which you can view by clicking HERE.

There are 4 Phases to the Weight Off Complete program:

Phase 1– involves binge eating on foods high in fats on the first 2 days so that the body can store the nutrients it needs for the low calorie diet.

Phase 2– strict 800-1000 calorie diet for the next 30-35 days, while taking the drops and supplements.

Phase 3– once the program is completed, the maintenance phase begins. To lock in the new weight you must eat a minimum of 1500 calories per day and getting into a good solid workout routine.

Phase 4– slowly allow sugars and starches back into your diet and continue watching portion sizes. Six weeks after completion, you may begin the Weight Off Complete program once again.
